Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are delicious! They were made with bread flour by accident but they still turned out fantastic! They were light and fluffy and great with a glass of Milk! The Critics for once all agree that this was the best Cookie recipe that I have ever made.
All Over Rating: *****

Ingredients:
2 cups of Bread Flour
¾ cup of Oatmeal
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. of Salt
1 cup {2 sticks} of Butter, softened
¾ cup of Granulated Sugar
¾ cup of packed light Brown Sugar
1 tsp. of Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl stir together the Flour, Oatmeal, Salt,
and Baking Powder. In a large bowl beat together the Butter, Granulated Sugar, Brown Sugar, and Vanilla until creamy. Add the eggs and beat well.

Step 2
Gradually add in the flour mixture, beating well. Stir in the Chocolate Chips.

Step 3
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes
or until lightly browned. Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheets.

Makes about 30 cookies.

Best enjoyed with a tall glass of Milk.

  1. Sometimes things are not an accident, it was meant to be. You were meant to make light fluffy cookies :)
I am following you now and would love for you to follow back.
